NOTICE TO LAND OWNERS WHO HAVE POSTED LOTS FOR SALE ON OUR WEBSITE

We have been made aware of a company out of the state of Florida contacting land owners advising that that they can sell their lot for them. This company is a legitimate company, however, they state in their solicitation that they cannot charge a commission, so they take a "modest" (between $700-$900 upfront) one-time advertising fee and, with no guarantees that they will sell it. As stated, per the BBB they are a legitimate company with a high rating, however we do want to make our land owners aware of this.

 

  The RV Park is now open for PRIMITIVE CAMPING ONLY. Water has been turned off for the winter and the bath house is not accessible.
 
 

Notice of Bidding Prices on Foreclosed Lots

Because of the sealed bidding process, the LOA does not disclose what the bids were on our lots.
