Vehicle Stickers
All landowners traveling in Forbes Park are required to have
vehicle stickers so our patrolling Deputy Sheriff can
identify you as a land owner.
To obtain a vehicle sticker, please contact the LOA office
with your vehicle information (year, make, model, color and
tag number) and a sticker can be mailed to you.
The current red 2007 stickers are good through December
2009.

us recently, or did not return your proxy stating
your preferred billing method, i.e. regular mail,
e-mail, or not at all, please e-mail us now so
your account can be updated. Default is regular
mail. . . ALSO, DUES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
2009 WILL REMAIn THE SAME AT $99.80 PER LOT. . . Thank you for your help.

electronic gate is now installed at the Michael's Road entrance.
The number pad is still available and the combination is the same as
all other gates. If you would like to purchase a
remote for the gate, please contact the Forbes office. The
price per remote is $35.00 (our cost).

Board of Directors Meetings
1st Saturday of each month
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the Association office immediately following the 9:00 am ECC meeting.
Thirty minutes before and after the meeting is set aside for land owner input.
